Housed in our new state-of-the-art facility, Stars & Stripes Gymnastics is proud to be North San Diego County's largest gymnastics club. Stars & Stripes Gymnastics exists to make a difference in the lives of our students. Our philosophy is to develop happy, healthy, confident athletes. We provide a full range of high quality athletic programs for boys and girls, and we promote safety at all times.

Stars & Stripes has been teaching gymnastics to children since 1994, and we challenge you to increase your child's overall fitness through our excellent training and body awareness programs. In addition to gymnastics, Stars & Stripes' instructional programs have extended to include Shawdow Ridge Dance Center, San Pasqual High School Show Cheer Program, Rancho Buena Vista High School Show Cheer Program, Day programs for Martial Arts and more. 	Preschool Two levels of preschool classes allow us to progress children if they advance before the age of 5 years. In our preschool program children are introduced to gymnastics equipment and activities that are eye/hand and eye/foot motorskills along with stretching and positions used in gymnastics.
	Academy/Recreational The recreational program was especially designed to teach all kids about the importance of starting a foundation towards a healthy lifestyle. We show them just how fun exercise can be. The lessons can be modified to adapt to the skill level of each individual child, rewarding each child for their efforts while guiding them on the path of healthy habits. 	Advanced Academy / Pre-Team The fast track progam that features new and innovative skills that are always on the cutting edge of gymnastics. We place students to progress them towards the competitive option which creates new excitement and a rush of knowledge and training. 	USAG Competitive Teams Womens Level 4,5,6, & Optional Mens Level 4,5,6, & Optional Rhythmic Level 5,6, & Optional Tumbling & Trampoline Team The focus with the skill development at this level is to break down solid basics that are vital to the physical longevity, proficiency and progression of the gymnasts. When you are looking for a high quality program, professionally organized competitions, leadership that is cofident, then USA competitions is the obvious choice. Our programs are involved locally, regionally, nationally, and soon to be internationally. Are you Ready?
	Tumbling & Trampoline This is the one & only aerobic discipline in the sport of gymnastics, and it is the finest way to have fun in the world. This doesn't feel like exercise? This program features new and innovative skills that are always on the cutting edge of gymnastics. On our way to count down to Gold!
	Cheerleading Give me an C, an H, an E, another E, give me an R...what's that spell CHEER! We cheer for our cheerleaders at Stars & Stripes...we have cheer tumbling classes and this fall will start our first orginal all star squad! Check us out in the gym!
	Dance We are looking for an instructor to add dance to some of our programs. If you are interested in a job teaching dance,call us or stop by and fill out an application.

• All classes run year round, and are broken into six 8-week terms.
• A yearly Administration Fee of $30.00 is charged, due at sign-up and renewed every September.
• There is a 10% discount for siblings.
• All fees for classes are due two weeks prior to start of each new term, unless you are set up with our Automatic Payment Plan.
• If you do not pay by the deadline stated in your statement, there will be a $25.00 Late Fee implemented and charged to your account.
